Terms and conditions
This page describes what the site actually does, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It needs legal review before it is relied on.
Scope of service
- WCAM provides photography, film and aerial drone services within Saudi Arabia.
- Sending the form is a request, not a contract. Obligations begin when a proposal is accepted in writing.
- Submitting a request does not hold a date, and does not oblige WCAM to accept it.
Prices and proposals
- This site does not publish prices or packages. Each proposal is prepared for its own request.
- A proposal stands for the period stated within it.
Your reference number
- Every request is issued a reference number, and that is what the tracking page uses to look it up.
- Whoever holds the reference number can see the status of the request, so keep it to yourself.
- The tracking page shows the status only; it does not show the details you submitted.
Dates and cancellation
- A date is confirmed once the proposal is accepted.
- Weather or permit restrictions may postpone aerial work; it is rescheduled at no extra charge.
Usage rights
- The scope of usage rights is set out in writing in the proposal.
- WCAM never publishes a client's material without written permission.
Aerial work
- Flown under the regulations and permits in force in the Kingdom, and only in permitted airspace.
- If a permit cannot be obtained for a particular location, we tell you and either agree an alternative or drop that part at no charge.
Your data
- How we handle what you enter in the form is governed by the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Site content
- The work shown, the site's text and its visual identity belong to WCAM or are used with permission, and may not be copied without written consent.
- Work shown is previous work, and is not a promise of an identical result on any given project.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
